Introduction

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods) constitute a material breach of these Terms. toto123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances upon detection of duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account and must keep that information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. toto123 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify toto123 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 KYC Verification

toto123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud or policy violation. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

toto123 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR/Transfer, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMBClicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). toto123 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX are generally processed within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited after a minimum of 20 blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes, subject to network conditions.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Current minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's deposit page. As a general guide, e-wallet methods carry a minimum of MYR 30, bank transfers carry a minimum of MYR 100, and cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of approximately 20 USDT.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. toto123 reserves the right to return funds to their source and close the Account if a third-party deposit is detected.

5.5 No Deposit Fees

toto123 does not charge fees for deposits via MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur network transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the User. Your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently of toto123.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, your real-money balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be fully met, and your Account must be in good standing with no unresolved disputes or compliance flags.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

toto123 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 30 minutes to 1 business hour after approval.
• USDT TRC20: Typically 30–60 minutes after approval, subject to network conditions.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, on Malaysian public holidays, or where additional compliance review is required. toto123 does not guarantee withdrawal processing within the indicative times stated above.

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Method

Where operationally possible, toto123 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal channels will be offered subject to verification.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method and Account tier. Current withdrawal limits are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as described in the VIP Programme terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by toto123 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in each promotion) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. The eligible game list and contribution percentages for each promotion are specified in the promotion's individual terms. As a general principle, live casino games and sports betting may carry reduced contribution rates compared to slots.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

toto123 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated software or strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics; coordinating with other users to abuse referral programmes; and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the technical minimum wagering requirement without engaging in genuine gameplay.

toto123 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where bonus abuse is reasonably suspected, and to suspend or permanently close the Account concerned.

7.5 One Bonus Per Account

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Account, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. toto123 may restrict bonus eligibility based on Account history, play patterns, or compliance considerations.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

toto123 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its absolute discretion, including without limitation where: the wager exceeds the applicable betting limits; there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing or event manipulation; the wager was placed in error due to a technical fault or manifest odds error; or where regulatory requirements necessitate refusal.

8.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that a manifest error occurs — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a software fault, or erroneous crediting of winnings — toto123 reserves the right to void any affected wagers and correct Account balances accordingly. toto123 will not be liable for any losses arising from a User's reliance on erroneous information.

8.3 Insufficient Funds

If a User's Account balance is insufficient to cover the full cost of a wager, the bet will be declined. toto123 will not extend credit to Users under any circumstances.

8.4 Final Decisions

The outcome of all games and bets is determined by the Platform's certified game servers and random number generation systems. toto123's decision on the outcome of any game or bet is final and binding, subject only to the disputes process outlined in Section 10 of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Attempting to access or modify the Platform's source code, systems, or databases without authorisation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting toto123 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active wagering requirements must be addressed. Verified Account balances will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by toto123

toto123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain account eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to applicable dormancy procedures as communicated to the User.

10.3 Balance Upon Closure

Where an Account is closed by toto123 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited at toto123's discretion, particularly where that balance consists of or is derived from bonus funds or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits made in good faith will generally be returned via the original deposit method subject to AML and KYC compliance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of toto123 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
